Calling Toronto & Brazil mobile developers: create mobile apps for a good cause!

This weekend (November 26-28) in Toronto, Ontario, BlackBerry® developers from Brazil and Toronto will join forces for a BlackBerry Hack-A-Thon (organized by Jason Silva who manages the Toronto developer group, and Fernando Neves, who manages the Brazil group) in order to create mobile applications that help patients cope with cancer. All developers and designers are welcome – experienced BlackBerry experts and newbies alike! It is a BYOC – Bring Your Own Computer – event.

Find all the relevant details on the event site – including schedule for the kickoff mixer and coding times:

There will be some BlackBerry development experts from Research In Motion® (RIM) on hand to answer questions and offer advice. We’re thrilled to support this great event.

Happy coding!
